ABOUT US
The company is run on the principles of c0-participation, democracy, and that hard work should also be fun. We have a boss, but he is mostly our secretary. When the work gets too hard and stressful, we close and go to the spa instead. We look out for each other and the customer is not always right.
Buddha Bikes is both an independent workshop, a social economy enterprise and a clubhouse for our 13 employees and the many friends of the house. We have a welder, a lathe and a room dedicated to making prototypes including never-before-seen vehicles for each year's Christmas party.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a skilled bicycle mechanic to join our team at the workshop in Emblasgade. The work will consist of building bicycles for sale and carrying out repair tasks for customers. You must be able to work independently, but we are a large team, and it is therefore important that you can be part of this.
We want skilled mechanics and as a rule, hobby experience does not count. If you are newly trained, you can still apply. As long as you have worked in a professional bicycle workshop for a few years, you will be considered for the position.
